GenXus

Turn what you know about your business into a working solution.

You know the work, the exceptions, and what needs to improve. GenXus is being developed to help turn that knowledge into clear options, an approved plan, and software that supports the way your business operates.

Currently in private development. Not publicly available.

Why GenXus

Business knowledge should not get lost in the technology gap.

The people closest to a business often hold the knowledge needed to improve it. They should not need to become software engineers or know the right technical questions before they can act on an idea.

GenXus brings Andrew Naron’s approach to solution architecture into software: understand the whole need, identify constraints, explain tradeoffs, and work toward an outcome the business can use.

The intended experience

From a business request to an approved build.

This is the product direction we are developing, not a claim that every capability is available today.

Understand the need

Describe the problem in your own words. GenXus is designed to ask follow-up questions about workflows, existing systems, users, constraints, and what success means.

Compare options

Review practical approaches, costs, dependencies, and tradeoffs. The right answer could involve improving a process, using existing software, or building something specific.

Approve and build

Choose an approach and approve the scope before implementation. The goal is to carry that plan into a working solution, with verification and human control at important decisions.

A practical example

A growing warehouse needs a clearer way to work.

Imagine an online retailer struggling with receiving, inventory counts, bundles, and picking orders. The first step is understanding those workflows and the tools already in place.

The intended GenXus experience would help compare process improvements, an existing inventory platform, and a tailored solution. It would explain setup costs, recurring costs, and support needs before asking the operator to approve a plan.

This is an illustrative workflow, not a customer case study or a completed GenXus deployment.

How AAG and GenXus fit together

Founder-led delivery today. Increasingly repeatable software over time.

AAG provides consulting services now. Andrew personally leads discovery, architecture, and agreed implementation work, handling the steps GenXus cannot yet perform.

Consulting is the initial commercialization and product-learning channel for GenXus. The aim is to make more of that expertise available through software while keeping people in control. Founder-delivered work and demonstrated software capabilities are distinct.

GenXus is not a requirement for an AAG engagement. Recommendations are based on your needs, including existing products or process changes when those fit best.
